Eligible medical and dependent care expenses may
be reimbursed by accounts funded through
automatic payroll deductions taken on a pre-tax
basis.

Eligible employees who have a registered

partners and domestic partners’ children in the
medical, prescription, vision and dental plans.
Life Insurance
We offer life insurance (company paid) at 3 x
annual salary (a maximum applies) to all regular
full- time employees. Additional Voluntary life
insurance is available for employees, spouses
and children.
Short-Term Disability
We offer a company paid Short-Term Disability
benefit and an opportunity to “buy-up” coverage
to a higher coverage level.
Long-Term Disability
We offer a company paid Long-Term Disability
benefit and an opportunity to “buy-up” coverage
to a higher coverage level.

Retirement Plans
401(k) Savings Plan
The Company offers a 401(k) plan through
Fidelity and generous $1 for $1 match up to 5%
of salary/IRS maximums.
